In second Timothy chapter 3: verses from 1 to 9 God says
This knows also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Now as Jane's and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.
The Bible describes the last day as a time of judgment and ultimate retribution. According to the book of Revelation, it will be a time of great tribulation, with wars, famines, earthquakes, and natural disasters. During this time, the Antichrist will rise to power and will deceive many people.
However, the last day is also a time of hope. The Bible says that Jesus will return in all his glory to judge the living and the dead. The righteous will be raised from the dead and will be taken to heaven, while the wicked will be cast into eternal punishment.
